After being an associate, then a partner, in a large law firm, Lester opened FERGUSON LAW OFFICE in January 1972. He has served the community as a sole practitioner since that time. His practice areas include Estate Planning; Trust Preparation; Elder Law; General Civil Litigation; Real Estate – commercial and personal transactions, litigation, planning and zoning, Business Litigation; and Taxation. Lester continues to serve the faming community of southwestern Ohio in all areas of law.
Lester is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Greene County Bar Association. Lester has been a Director and legal counsel for the Southwestern Ohio Nazarene Camp as well as his local church. Lester grew up in Cedarville Ohio and now has his practice 4 miles from Cedarville (20 short minutes from Dayton ). He is dedicated to the good of the community.

Jeff is a partner in Ferguson & Ferguson LLC. Jeff worked as an intern in the firm for 3 years prior to joining the firm as a partner in 2010. Jeff�s practice areas include Bankruptcy; Estate Planning; Trust Preparation; Elder Law; General Civil Litigation; Real Estate � commercial and personal transactions, litigation, planning and zoning, Business Litigation; and Taxation. Jeff continues to serve the farming community as his Dad has done for the prior 40 years of southwestern Ohio in all areas of law.
Jeff is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Greene County Bar Association. Jeff has received the honor of graduating with honors from University of Dayton School of Law for his pro bono work. Jeff serves a member of the board of Directors for the Cedarville Opera House. Jeff also serves a member of the associate Board for the Boon Shoft Museum Sun Watch Indian Museum of Dayton.
Jeff is proud to be working in Greene County and part of a family business. Jeff brings 20 years of commercial professional experience to the Law Firm. Like his Dad he attended Cedarville High School. Jeff is dedicated to the good of the community.
